OBJECTIVES:

• To provide a network of experienced users of Elixir products, Printer, or Mainframe Environments to help other ElixiGroup members with their problems and questions within a particular technical area.
• To provide an ease of access for answers to technical questions.
• To increase and enhance the technical proficiency of Elixir users.
• To provide a forum for the sharing of Elixir technical expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly to all inquiries.
• Redirect questions not within your expertise to ElixiGroup International or to the ElixiGroup WebBoard.
• If, after registering with ElixiGroup International as a TE, you need ElixiGroup to remove your name and E-Mail address from the TEP pages.

REQUIREMENTS:

• All ElixiGroup members are eligible to serve as an ElixiGroup TE.
• A depth of experience in either Elixir software or printing/mainframe hardware or any aspect of electronic document systems pertaining to Elixir products..
• Commitment from your company to share your expertise.
• Your company's support for use of communications equipment, i.e. telephone, facsimile, or electronic mail, and for time spent in this service.
• All support can be provided from your office at an estimated average of one/hour per month.
• Not a forum for sales, marketing, or endorsement of any product(s).
